We Make Your Dream Home True

“This review is in regards to the outstanding service that we received from Pam Bergman-Swartz. She demonstrated the highest degree of ethical professionalism in the industry as well as being an absolute pleasure to work with. When selling my Mom’s house in Los Angeles County, Pam was continually willing to drive all the way to the property whenever needed which was quite a distance. I realize that is part of her job, but she went way beyond. She was always on time and well prepared. Her knowledge of listing strategies and current market movement helped us negotiated the best deal and receive top dollar. My family and I would highly recommend Pam to anyone buying or selling a home and we would gladly work with her again in the future.”

“We came to Pam with high expectations and she exceeded all of them. Like most of us who are not in the real estate market, we sell a house 2 or 3 times in our lives. We entered our transaction ignorant of the bewildering number of details now required of these transactions and so with some trepidation. Pam’s explanation of every step in the process was very clear and her judgment on timing, pricing, and presentation were clearly “right on”. After she had a professional stager recommend some clearing out and dressing up, and then a professional photographer ply his skills in our house, she created a website for our listing. In the first 48 hours, we had about 600 views on our website. Our house was shown in two days and we accepted a full price offer on the third day. But that was only the beginning. The process of getting inspections and all of the myriad details involved in sealing the sale were all handled expertly, on time, and all the while keeping us fully informed of the progress. This may sound like a little hyperbole but it is not. Pamela Bergman-Swartz is the real deal and you could not go wrong choosing her as your listing agent.”

“I recommend Pamela Bergman-Swartz without reservation. We contracted with Pam to help us sell our home and could not be more pleased with her work. She has the knowledge, relational skills, and ethics to be completely trustworthy. In addition to her own expertise, she offers a full complement of other skilled professionals needed to sell a home–a stager, photographer, inspectors, contractors–and through Blackstone, also offers escrow services and legal consultation. We needed to sell our home rather suddenly, and Pam and her team got our home on the market in only two weeks time. In part because of Pam’s patient advisement, we set an effective listing price and our home was sold in 4 days. She took initiative to lead us through every step of the escrow process and made it easy for us. We are lucky to have found Pam!”

“Pam Bergman-Swartz is the most thoughtful, caring most professional sales woman we have ever encountered. Her skills were above and beyond our greatest expectations. She is very knowledgeable and knows when to anticipates your needs. Most importantly Pam is very kind and patient. She really is looking out for her clients. Her follow up is incredible. I am extremely Thankful for her assistance in helping my Mother sell our family home of over 42 years when my Father passed away late 2015. She not only sold the house within the first week she also brought us much more than the asking price. Pam works tirelessly all the while with a smile on her face. What more can you ask for but great service, reliability, and honesty.”

Highly likely to recommend

Pam’s expertiese, resourceful and pragmatic options made way for an expedited completed sale within 4 weeks time. Done! My elder parents had lived in their home of 45+ years. Many decisions needed to be made in an unfamiliar landscape for our family. Pam was consistently responsive, compassionate and pragmatically resourceful. Her being involved wholeheartedly in-the many details of the estate , allowed for a smooth sale of the property. Pam’s standards are 5 stars on integrity. We trusted her and relied on her guidance and leadership throughout the 4 weeks of paperwork, details of moving parents and closing of escrow. We give her 5 stars for her professional polish and infinity as a trusted friend. Sylvia & Craig Beres
