The Portola Valley School District serves students in transitional kindergarten through eighth grade at Ormondale School for grades TK–3 and Corte Madera School for grades 4–8, a campus recognized with state and national distinction. About half of graduates continue into the Sequoia Union High School District, which serves Woodside and surrounding communities, while the remaining students attend nearby independent high schools and other regional secondary options.
